The free online sessions are held on Tuesday mornings from 10:00am-11:15am.
The next block of four starts 30 November and runs until 21 December.
You'll learn techniques such as breathing exercises, mindfulness, relaxation and positive mindset strategies that fit easily into your daily work and personal life and are particularly important during these times of change.
