Chanel is a Shelly Beach local who has recently returned to work after 6 cherished years at home with her two young children. Being a single income household meant Chanel was always looking for ways to stretch meals further, get nutrients into her family and get her whanau as excited about food as she is. She doesn’t believe healthy eating needs to be organic or expensive and she likes to base her meals around vegetables that are in season or abundant.
