This online Wellbeing & Energy Care Course is a great foundation to focus your own attention on how to better cope with the ebbs and flows of daily life.
Facilitated by Wellbeing Coach and Intuitive Counsellor Monique Veza. (Wellbeing with Monique Veza), the free online session are held on Tuesday mornings from 10:00am-11:15am.
The next block of four starts 22 February and runs until 15 March.
You don’t need to have learnt or tried any of these practices before and you don’t need to feel shy about doing a course with people you don’t know. Monique’s courses are safe and welcoming for all people.
She’ll introduce you to breathing exercises, mindfulness, relaxation and positive mindset strategies that you can fit easily into your daily life and which are particularly important during these times of change.
We all have days when the planets seem out of alignment and our resilience is tested and we can all benefit from learning ways to retain our balance and be more in charge of our thoughts, emotions, energy and overall wellbeing.
This course is a great lead into the four week Pure Meditative Peace course which will run from 22 March.
