Pure Meditative Peace

Whether you’ve never tried a meditative practice before, or you have and want to go deeper, come join this online course facilitated by Wellbeing Coach and Intuitive Counsellor Monique Veza. (Wellbeing with Monique Veza). You will learn a beautiful meditative practice and techniques to help you:

  • Calm your busy mind

  • Overcome stress

  • Be more mindful

  • Support your overall health

  • Improve concentration

  • Be more in control of how you feel

  • Relax

  • Find inner peace.

This is a four week online course run on Tuesday mornings from 22 March. The first session will be 90 minutes long, the others will be 75 minutes. This is a natural progression from Monique’s Wellbeing and Energy Care Course which runs from 22 February-15 March, but it’s not essential to have done the prior course.
